Dr. Shailendra Singh
- About Faculty: Dr. Shailendra Singh received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.Tech in Microelectronics from Panjab University, Chandigarh in year 2007-11 and 2011-13. He worked as Assistant professor in ECE department at NIT Jalandhar, from 2015 to 2017. He has been quick to publish this work and therefore has 17 publications from which 8 SCI publication during his doctoral study. Currently he has published more than 34 SCI research paper with 10 book chapters and many national/International conferences. His research interest includes modeling and simulation of semiconductor devices, especially Vertical TFET for low power application.
