  • About Faculty: Dr. Shailendra Singh received the B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.Tech in Microelectronics from Panjab University, Chandigarh in year 2007-11 and 2011-13. He worked as Assistant professor in ECE department at NIT Jalandhar, from 2015 to 2017. He has been quick to publish this work and therefore has 17 publications from which 8 SCI publication during his doctoral study. Currently he has published more than 34 SCI research paper with 10 book chapters and many national/International conferences. His research interest includes modeling and simulation of semiconductor devices, especially Vertical TFET for low power application.

  • About Faculty: Dr. Praween Kumar Nishad received his Ph.D. degree from IIT Bhubaneswar, India, in January 2024, with electronics and communication in the School of Electrical Sciences. He received his M.Tech. degree from NIT Rourkela, India, in 2013 in the Department of Electronics and Communication. He worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at IIT Roorkee from January 2024 to February 2025. His research is centered on designing and optimizing passive components such as high-performance inductors and highly directive couplers, which are pivotal in enhancing the efficiency of high-frequency communication systems (THz systems). Focusing on RF microstrip planar inductors and coupler and hybrid design, he has contributed significantly to advancing passive components for THz applications, aiming to address the growing demands of modern communication technologies. Expanding his research in line with the evolution of next-generation communication systems, He is also working on developing Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) tailored for 6G communication. His interdisciplinary approach integrates electromagnetics, communication theory, and materials science to innovate RIS applications for both communication and industrial uses. He is the author of 10 technical papers published in reputed journals and conferences and 1 Indian patent filed.

  • About Faculty: Dr. Shresth Gupta has been working in this Institute since 24th March 2025. He was a postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Surrey, Guilford (United Kingdom) In the Department of Mathematics and Data Science. He was awarded a Ph. D in the year 2023, from the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, IIIT Naya Raipur, (C.G). His current research interests include physiological Signal Processing, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI for affordable Healthcare solutions. He is the author of more than 20 reputed SCI and Scopus journals and attended more than 10 international conferences.

    • D. Project Title (NNfc and MNCF, IISc Banglore): -Design, Fabrication, and Performance Evaluation of Junctionless Field Effect Transistor for pH Sensing Application.
      • Fabrication and Characterization work was done at NNFC (National Nanofabrication Centre),MNCF(Micro and Nano Characterization Facility),and IISc Banglore under the INUP Program.
      • This Ph.D. research project involves the design, Simulation, Fabrication, and characterization of a Novel junctionless transistor architecture used as an ion- sensitive field effect transistor.
      • Fabrication and characterization(Material and Electrical Characterization)have been performed at CeNSE, IISc Bangalore through INUP Programe. The processes used for the project were mask designing using Clewin, Substrate cleaning, dry oxidation, Ellipsometer at each critical level, Deposition techniques (LPCVD, PECVD), diffusion bay, BSG etch, Four-point Probe tool, optical Lithography, Microscopic inspection in each crucial level, Dry and wet etching, ALD, sputtering, Liftoff (metal), annealing, SEM, AFM, and IV characterization, etc.
      • ThedesignandsimulationworkwasdoneusingtheTCADSilvacoToolattheMaterial Research Centre (MRC) and Advanced and Emerging Devices Laboratory, NIT Jaipur.

      • This research project was carried out in the MEMS and Microsensors group, CSIR CEERI Pilani. The Project involves designing, Simulation, Fabrication, and characterization of a Fluid Field effect transistor.
