    • D. Project Title (NNfc and MNCF, IISc Banglore): -Design, Fabrication, and Performance Evaluation of Junctionless Field Effect Transistor for pH Sensing Application.
      • Fabrication and Characterization work was done at NNFC (National Nanofabrication Centre),MNCF(Micro and Nano Characterization Facility),and IISc Banglore under the INUP Program.
      • This Ph.D. research project involves the design, Simulation, Fabrication, and characterization of a Novel junctionless transistor architecture used as an ion- sensitive field effect transistor.
      • Fabrication and characterization(Material and Electrical Characterization)have been performed at CeNSE, IISc Bangalore through INUP Programe. The processes used for the project were mask designing using Clewin, Substrate cleaning, dry oxidation, Ellipsometer at each critical level, Deposition techniques (LPCVD, PECVD), diffusion bay, BSG etch, Four-point Probe tool, optical Lithography, Microscopic inspection in each crucial level, Dry and wet etching, ALD, sputtering, Liftoff (metal), annealing, SEM, AFM, and IV characterization, etc.
      • ThedesignandsimulationworkwasdoneusingtheTCADSilvacoToolattheMaterial Research Centre (MRC) and Advanced and Emerging Devices Laboratory, NIT Jaipur.
    • CSIR CEERI Project Title:-Design and Development of “Fluid FET: An Ionic Switch for Biological and Chemical Species”
      • This research project was carried out in the MEMS and Microsensors group, CSIR CEERI Pilani. The Project involves designing, Simulation, Fabrication, and characterization of a Fluid Field effect transistor.
      • The tool involved in the simulation was COMSOL
      • Theprocessesinvolvedinfabricationwerelithography,RIE,thermaloxidation,LPCVD, chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), SEM, and IV Characterization. The mask was designed using L-Edit.
